BROWNELL K. BOOTHE (Of Counsel to the Firm) is a member of the Bars of Colorado, Utah and Arizona. Mr. Boothe graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics and undertook post-graduate work at the University of Florida and the University of Nevada. He received his Law Degree from the University of Denver in 1968. Mr. Boothe specializes in corporate law and employment law. Mr. Boothe was employed for 14 years at Motorola, Inc. and held the position of Senior Division Counsel. He was a partner with Margrave, Celmins & Boothe, P.A. from 1986 to 1989. He has just complete six years with America West Airlines, Inc. as Senior Director of Legal Affairs, General Attorney and Assistant Secretary, focusing on numerous airline issues.
