Mr. Kitchen was born in Phoenix, Arizona and received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona in 1999. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. In addition to all Arizona Courts, Mr. Kitchen is admitted to practice before the U. S.
