Our firm was founded by Michael W. Margrave and Lat J. Celmins. Mr. Margrave has been in private practice in the Phoenix area since 1970. He was also involved in the formation of America West Airlines, Inc., and served as corporate secretary for a number of years. Mr. Celmins formerly served as Senior Attorney for the Greyhound Corporation for 15 years. Our founding attorneys handpicked the members of the firm to ensure our ability to meet the specialized needs of its individual, business and government clients.
